These terms apply to all orders placed through FANOMINAL (“we”, “us”, “our”) and to all affiliated club shops hosted on our website [your domain]. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

All transactions are with FANOMINAL.
2. Orders
Orders are confirmed once we send a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch (for example, if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs).
3. Custom and made-to-order products
All items are hand made customised.
Please note that colours and placements may vary slightly from visual mock-ups due to printing, fabric differences and technology limitations.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is taken at checkout via secure payment providers.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all made-to-order items within the time stated on each product page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier, but we’ll help resolve any delivery issues where possible.

In summary:

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

For non-custom items, you have 14 days to cancel and another 14 to return them.
7. Liability
We are responsible only for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version on our website at the time of your order will apply.
