All orders made and shipped from the UK.


1. Order processing

Customised products are made to order.

  • Standard production times are shown on each product listing.

  • During busy/seasonal periods, this may take a little longer - We’ll email you when your order has been dispatched.


2. Delivery options

We ship using Royal Mail or tracked courier services depending on size and value.
At checkout, you’ll see available delivery options and estimated timeframes.

Typical UK delivery times once dispatched:

  • Standard delivery: 2–4 working days

  • Express delivery: 1–2 working days

International delivery times vary by country.


3. Delivery costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location and service chosen.
We may offer free delivery promotions from time to time — details will be shown at checkout.

  • Standard UK delivery cost is FREE
  • Average delivery times 2–4 working days

4. Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
If you haven’t received tracking info within the estimated production window, contact us at contact@fanominal.co.uk


5. Missed or delayed deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we can re-ship once any additional postage costs are paid.
We’re not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control, but we’ll help resolve issues whenever possible.


6. Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We can’t take responsibility for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly.


7. Local pickup (if applicable)

If this option is available, it will appear at checkout with details.


8. Damaged or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible, no more than 3 days of delivery at contact@fanominal.co.uk with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll sort it quickly.


9. International orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees that may apply once the order reaches their country.
