Refund policy

Change-of-mind cancellations (online orders) – UK
You have 14 days after delivery to tell us you want to cancel your order, then another 14 days to return the item(s). We’ll refund the price paid and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving proof of return, whichever is earlier. If you chose a premium delivery service, we may refund only the standard cost. You are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns unless we state otherwise. 

How to cancel/return
Email contact@fanominal.co.uk with your order number, items and describe the reason for return (optional). We will then contact you to advise where returns should be sent to.

Using our returns process helps us issue refunds quickly, but your statutory rights are not affected.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item
If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us immediately. You have a 30-day right to reject for a full refund. After 30 days, you’re entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that fails, a price reduction or refund. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty/incorrect items.

Items we can’t accept back (unless faulty)

  • Custom/personalised or made-to-order products

  • Sealed items not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed

  • Sealed audio/video recordings or software once unsealed

  • Perishables
    This list follows the Consumer Contracts Regulations exemptions.

Exchanges
For speed, return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Sale items & gift cards
Sale items: Statutory rights apply the same as full-price (faulty items refundable). We may not accept change-of-mind returns on sale items unless stated. Gift cards are non-refundable.
